Playing the blues
Just heard from my jazz piano mentor Eddy Sambuaga, that his day-job contract is ending. He's a consultant engineer at a local company which is not doing too well.
Being non-Malaysian, he'll have to leave the country.
A sad, sad loss to me cos I've only had a few sessions with him.
He'll be around for only another 2 weeks or so.
I hope I can squeeze in at least another 2 sessions before he leaves.
----------
Tomorrow is my last day!
After which, it's chill time.
Going to Pangkor Island for a short holiday next week.
Then to Penang with D and his granny for a weekend.
I hope I don't make this year-end job change a habit!
Hah!
