Better late than never!

A HAPPY belated BIRTHDAY shout out to these March 29 babies:

CN who celebrated her birthday in Europe with her hubby on a baby-making holiday *hehehehe*. So much for "Buatan Malaysia" huh?

Wally. Thought of drawing you a birthday cake and posting it but the only artist around here is you.

And last but not least, Mint Chutney, the spicy mama. If you'd like a taste of her, try this:

Ingredients :
1 cup firmly packed mint leaves
6 spring onions
2 fresh green chilies
1 clove garlic, optional
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons water

Method :
The easy way to make this fresh chutney is in an electric blender. Cut the spring onions into short lengths. Seed the chilies and stalks removed. Put everything into the blender container. Blend to a smooth paste. If a blender is not available, finely chop the mint, onions and chilies. Pound in mortar and pestle a little at a time, until ground to a paste. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pack into a small dish and smooth the surface. Cover and chill until serving time.

Hope it was a good one, y'all!
