Dog hunt is OFF!

Animal lovers and stray dogs can now heave a sigh of relief.

The MPS has cancelled the ridiculous dog hunting contest after much protest by the SPCA and animals lovers like Natasha and Cleo. Read all about it in The Star.

So the MPS said they were 'enlightened' and all is fine and well now. But somehow, the news article looked almost too political correct and PR perfect. Keep watching Natasha and Cleo's space for the latest scoop on what really transpired.

Good job to those who made enough noise to stop the dog hunt from happening. I doubt it'll be the last of stupid ideas from people who run our townships (if not the country), but it's a good thing nobody took it sitting down.

Arrrfff! :)

HOORAY! Although the strays around my neighbourhood are a nuisance and one ugly fella labelled himself Bessy's boyfriend (the nerve!)... I do not wish any of them to be improperly caught, dragged, tied, stoned... just for a prize. HUH!
